This allows staff access to come through their approved door, this can be configured to be either during a valid timeframe, or 24/. Main entry doors can be configured to allow general public to enter specific doors during work hours. Our high level of maintenance ensures that public holidays and daylight savings times are always checked and updated well in advance. This ensures your building is never accidentally made insecure due to a holiday or DST error.

With the continual change of technology, our methods in communicating with the monitoring system continually shift in parallel. We now utilise 4G devices, providing a connection to the monitoring station without the use of a copper phone line. In the event of a power cut or internet outage, your property is still able to be monitored with backup battery packs. These devices can also be set up to allow for remote arming or disarming of the intruder alarm.
